Kaitlynn Belvins

Hi! My name is Kaitlynn Blevins, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. I graduated from Liberty University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy working with the adolescent population, as well as the young adult population. My main goal is to support my clients through the goals they may want to achieve, as well as provide a safe & welcoming space for them to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences

Beginning early on our life experiences affect the way that we view the world and most importantly ourselves. Sometimes these experiences can be painful challenging and overwhelming. As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, I aim to provide a safe and comfortable space that's free of judgment where you can explore ways to cope, heal, and grow mentally emotionally, and spiritually. I use an eclectic approach to counseling individual teens and adults that are based on your unique needs. This is your healing journey however it is not one that has to be walked alone. I will meet you where you are and we will work together to improve your quality of life and celebrate your growth.

Relationships and families have been a great passion of mine for as long as I remember. I have always wanted to help others and there is no better way to do that than to help build healthy relationships and families, one individual, at a time. I am passionate about seeing people live their lives in the best state emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.  As a Christian, who is a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to guiding others along the wonderful journey of healing and self-discovery.

When navigating life, you go through hardships that you tend to tuck away in order to keep moving. Sometimes you don’t feel important enough, you don’t feel heard, or sometimes you might just feel like you don’t have time to process the hand you were dealt. Trying to move on through life without processing all that life throws at you can cause you to feel stuck, to make bad decisions and cause a pea sized problem to feel as big as an elephant. I am here to let you know that there is hope! You are important.   You can be heard. You can do this!  

You don’t have to navigate life alone. I would love the chance to offer some assistance in processing life. I work with depression, anxiety, symptoms of ADHD, and addiction. I work with teenagers up to any age adult. Sometimes we must connect our past experiences to help us understand our present experiences. Let’s work together to heal and become the best version of yourself. 

Tina Tuttle

  I’m a licensed counselor with a passion for helping individuals find clarity and peace in their lives. With a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University (2015), I offer support in navigating through life's challenges including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, relationship issues, faith-based issues and more.

My approach to therapy is deeply holistic, considering the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy, I strive to create a warm and empathetic environment where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, identify your goals, and take steps toward a more joyful and balanced life. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey to well-being and personal growth.

Amaya Hardy

Amaya Nicole Hardy is a licensed professional counselor who specializes in helping people heal by finding their voice while helping them learn to set healthy boundaries.  Amaya earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from NCA&T State University and received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2014 from Liberty University. Amaya is EMDR trained, with over 12 years’ experience in mental health.  She uses EMDR to help people heal from Trauma experienced through emotional, psychological and spiritual abuse.

Amaya’s experience goes beyond just helping marriages, but she also works with those who have a history of strained relationships with their parents.  She aims at helping others walk out their healing and forge strong, healthy relationships in all aspects of their lives.

Amaya treats adults 18 and up. She is committed to guiding others down the powerful journey of healing and self-discovery and is committed to working diligently with those who seek counseling to find the answers they’ve been searching for.
